As a therapist, I'm also in the role of "sounding board," providing constructive feedback in a private and confidential setting.  I also work with couples and families who would like to resolve conflicts, develop closeness and intimacy, and address issues in a safe, constructive way.  I recognize that entering counseling takes a commitment of your time, money, and emotional energy.  Solution-focused and skills-based models of psychotherapy helps you see results as soon as possible.
