My approach to therapy is goal-oriented, pragmatic, collaborative and
respectul. I work with clients to access their
strengths and talents, gain awareness of destructive patterns,
and minimize unproductive thoughts and painful feelings.

board," providing constructive feedback in a private
and confidential setting. I also work with couples and families
who would like to resolve conflicts, develop closeness and intimacy,
and address issues in a safe, constructive way. I recognize
